I’m Charlene Warwick, your creative companion from the heart of Johannesburg, South Africa. I am mother to three beautiful humans, one sassy feline and two seriously cute canines, who literally follow me everywhere I go! Art has always been my heartbeat, my soul’s song – the vibrant strokes of a brush and the intricate dance of mixed media bring joy and light to my life. And where art and God's Word collide, Bible Journaling begins! We serve a Creator God and so I believe in the power of creativity led by the Lord to heal, inspire and bring us closer to our Maker. I’m on a mission to share this wonder with the world through creative Bible Study and Bible Journaling. I have been incredibly blessed to have my own very special group called the Artspirations Coffee Club where I am humbled to be able to share deeper Bible Studies that challenge and grow women to become powerful women of the Word, making an impact on their own little corners of the world. I am humbled by the opportunity to be involved as a leader and teacher in the Soul Sisters Facebook Group and the Embracing God's Word Facebook Group where thousands of women from around the world come together to creatively study and journal God's Word. These Ministries have enabled me to be to be used by the Lord to touch the lives of many women and help build them up and encourage them in their faith walk and I am daily humbled by this privilege and if I am being honest, just a little intimidated by it too! But I know that I am just another paintbrush in the Hands of a Creator God and I willingly offer my life to Him to use as He sees fit. In addition to these Ministries, I have been on the Faber-Castell "Dream Team" for South-Africa for the past two years, enjoying the creativity and professionalism of the brand and using their products to promote their fabulous goodies at the South African Hobby X Expo. This has been an exciting journey that has enabled me to reach even more women, outside of our usual faith-based community, granting me the opportunity to spread the Gospel to women who otherwise might never set foot in a church building. My prayer is that at the end of my life I will not have a scrap of talent left but that I will have used it all for His glory and purpose!
